I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfy, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The service was top-notch, although the dining options were a bit limited. Overall, a wonderful experience with great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. Despite the convenient location near the main street, shopping plaza, and convention center, the service was terrible. From a general manager blaming me for technical issues to a night manager causing a scene, I felt unwelcome and mistreated. The room service and dinner menu were overpriced, and the staff's attitude towards guests of color was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel based on my negative experience.
The hotel is conveniently located near MIA, US Bank Stadium, and Nicollet Mall, offering quiet and comfortable rooms as shown in the pictures. The 10 PM cookies are a delightful treat.
